Bojan Jacimovic is an executive leader with extensive experience in the business, sports, and nonprofit sectors. His work includes strategy development, process optimization, organizational structuring, and the implementation of sustainable management models.

Bojan’s experience spans the management of international projects of various scales, the creation of organizational models, and the improvement of internal procedures. His background in international environments has shaped his ability to understand organizational structures quickly, identify key challenges, and design solutions that are both practical and sustainable.

His focus is on building stable, functional, and long-lasting systems that enhance operational quality and support long-term organizational development.

Sasa Stankovic is a seasoned professional with more than thirty years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage operations, and operational management. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in large hotel systems, restaurants, and complex service operations, where he managed teams, established processes, and developed operational standards.

His experience includes managing restaurants, bars, banquet departments, and large-scale F&B operations, as well as participating in the opening and setup of new facilities in Israel, Egypt, China, Italy, and countries across the SEE. He has led projects involving workflow organization, procurement, cost control, staff training, and the enhancement of customer experience. He is particularly recognized for his ability to establish efficient operational models and stable internal procedures.
